At Maison Leopolda, we want every piece to be loved as much as it was made. If a garment isn't quite right for your little one, we're happy to help. Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and refunds are issued to your original payment method. Below you'll find everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds — and if anything is unclear, our team is always glad to assist.

1. What Products Can Be Returned

We accept returns only for new, unopened products. Final sale items cannot be returned.

2. Return Time frame

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

3. Item Condition Requirements

Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags and accessories.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@maisonleopolda.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the items securely.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive your return. They’re issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges. To proceed, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
