Where do we ship
We ship to United States, United Kingdom, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Monaco, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Greece. Every order is entrusted to DHL for safe, reliable delivery. Applicable taxes and duties are added at check-out at the time of payment. All orders are shipped DDP (Deliveries and Duties Paid).
Order Processing
Orders placed before the daily cut-off time (12pm CEST) on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cut off time are dispatched the next business day.
Standard Shipping
Standard delivery is made via DHL ServicePoint with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days from dispatch.
